Arie Hardenbol

Started his career in the Air Force where he held specialist and management positions. Over time, he became increasingly involved in personnel issues, business processes and (re)organisation, such as the implementation of Total Quality Management. Sensing an opportunity to make this a core activity, he joined a HR management consultancy agency in 1996, where he focused on assessments and people development in organisations. Services consisted mainly of quality recruitment and selection, career advice, business coaching and outplacement. From the very start he concentrated on Trade and Industry, although ICT and Finance were part of his professional work area as well. Easily identifying with the down-to-earth and analytical approach usually encountered in these industries, he still feels perfectly at home in this environment. Arie is a highly experienced assessor with a keen eye for the interests of clients as well as candidates. Eager for better interaction with the spectacular developments in the employment market, he made the switch to Flexian.
