Besides experience at a general management (board) level, he also held various interim positions in the field of international trading, HRM and Finance & Organisation. He has extensive experience in company advice services, specialising in organisational development and working as a coach and trainer. He also acts as a sparring partner and management coach for executives and managers of medium-sized (family) businesses, and has been active as a Senior Recruiter in the Food and Agri industry since 2006.
