How do you achieve this?

First of all, contact us. Over a cup of coffee or tea, you discuss the challenges within your organization with a Flexian professional.

Every person has his own perspective - his own truth - on a situation. That true is a natural way of looking at things. Private, but also business wise. This colleague acts and contributes based on that truth. Unfortunately, this is not always in the interest of the team or the organization.

Flexian can investigate this for you and propose solutions. We analyse your company, department or team and know in no time which perspectives are present and which can conflict with your organizational goals. That is Block 1 of our services. If you have this clear, you will undoubtedly want to take even more steps. That's the only way you can progress. And your organization will get the most optimal team composition, resulting in the most optimal results.

In addition to Block 1, we have developed 3 other blocks for this. They follow each other logically, but of course you can also purchase the blocks separately.


Organisational Advise

Our advice consists of:
Screening - What is the organizational topic?
  • During the intake we clarify the interests of your organization, the team and the individual and the (impending) conflicts of interest.
  • We make assumptions based on our current knowledge and insights.
Investigation - What is the situation?
  • We start the conversation with colleagues.
  • Your colleagues will also be asked questions.
Preliminary conclusions - What is needed?
  • We are reviewing the assumptions based on the new information.
Organizational advice and consequence analysis - Which approach is wise and needed?
  • We provide substantiated organizational advice.
  • And suggest possible solutions and the consequences for the organization, the team and the individual involved.

Recruit a new colleague

  • You do this by using the Flexian Recruitment Model . This has been specially developed to help the position, the team and the organization with the filling of your vacancy.

Align the function (better) with your colleague

  • It is important to describe the position in result areas and to attune it into the natural perception and behavior that you expect of your colleague. This way you ensure that the employee fully performs the function.

Say goodbye to a colleague

  • Flexian provides the employee with insight into why there is no (more) match. Through outplacement we can ensure that this person ends up in a different position outside your organization and does come into his own here.
